Brazilian Butt Lift

Butt Enhancement – Now in Boston...

With a Brazilian Butt lift, you can get a naturally-enhanced butt with no artificial implants. Dr. Samaha uses your own natural fatty tissue to augment the buttocks. Through a series of injections, the procedure can give you a larger, shapelier backside.

Is it Right for Me?

The Brazilian Butt Lift can...

  • Enlarge the buttocks
  • Enhance body proportion
  • Reduce waist-to-hip ratio

Most of the time, this is a purely elective, cosmetic procedure. However, fat transfer can help treat some deformities or disfiguring traumatic injuries of the buttocks.

FAQ

How does it work?

The surgery uses a technique called fat grafting. Dr. Samaha performs liposuction to remove fat from the abdomen, thighs, or back. After liposuction, the fat is cleansed and purified. He then performs a series of injections into the buttocks, increasing their projection. The area may be massaged briefly to ensure even distribution.

What happens after buttock augmentation?

After surgery, Dr. Samaha will send you home with specific post-operative instructions. You may need help getting home and some assistance for the first 12 to 24 hours of recovery. Activity will be limited, but you should walk shortly after surgery. Your incision sites will be covered with gauze and tape. As you heal, you will gradually regain your energy and then be able to ease back into your normal routine.

Are there side effects or risks with buttock augmentation?

After buttock augmentation, you may experience some swelling, bruising and discomfort. Pain can be managed with a prescription medication. In some cases, the fat is reabsorbed by the body. Special techniques and staged procedures are intended to prevent or minimize this occurrence. With the doctor, you will review all risks of Brazilian Butt Lift surgery during your consultation.
