Blepharoplasty

One of the first and most noticeable features to show the signs of aging are our windows to the world, our eyes. Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) is designed to help rejuvenate and brighten tired or heavy-appearing eyes by removing drooping upper lids. This procedure also addresses puffiness and “bags” by removing or re-contouring fat or skin around the eyes. Blepharoplasty can be done alone or in conjunction with other facial surgeries such as a facelift or a brow lift.

The procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia with sedation, or under general anesthesia.
